From the Desk of

"Have you ever sat back and really thought about just how much one trillion really is?

Let's play a quick game...

What year do you think it was just one trillion seconds ago?

One thousand seconds is about 17 minutes...

One million seconds is about 12 days...

One billion seconds is about 31.7 years...

And one trillion seconds is about 31,709.8 years!

That's right, one trillion seconds ago, Woolly Mammoths were roaming the earth, not even close to being extinct.

And the United States Government is currently over $40 TRILLION in debt...

Have you ever sat back and wondered just where the money would come from to pay back this massive debt?

That's right. Taxes.

Now while there may be multiple sources that the government can pull money from, income taxes have always been on the radar.

And retirement accounts such as IRA's and 401(k)'s fall right in that category.

Did you know that income tax rates in the United States have topped over 90% before?

And we are currently at some of the lowest tax rates in history.

But this doesn't have to keep you up at night!

The Power of Zero explores strategies that may help you manage taxes in retirement. Results depend on your individual circumstances and future tax laws.

Take a Look at What You Will Learn in Each Chapter...

Here's A Sneak Peek of What's Inside:

Chapter 1 – A Gathering Storm

In chapter one, you will learn exactly why understanding the role income taxes will have on various investment products you may be using is so crucial, and why taxes pose such a threat to your financial well being.

For example, did you know that Social Security was never designed to provide retirement income, but only to help those workers who might live too long?

When you consider how much of the government's revenue is spent on Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and the interest on the National Debt, future tax rates are uncertain, and changes in tax policy could affect retirement planning.

Chapter one will also give you a quick overview of the strategies you will learn in the following chapters, particularly why understanding the three "buckets of money" is so crucial.

Chapter 2 – The Taxable Bucket

Chapter two is all about how the "taxable bucket" of money.

Bottom line, this bucket should be used to cover the unexpected costs in life that are typically more "immediate" and that you need quicker access to funds for.

The key word: Liquidity.

However, just like any bucket of money, the trick is to know just how much money should be allocated to this bucket, along with the pros and cons that accompany it...

All of which you will learn in the book!

Chapter 3 – The Tax-Deferred Bucket

The tax-deferred bucket is the one that most of us are familiar with...

This bucket includes investments such as a 401(k) and IRA, which a lot of people tend to favor for two reasons:

1) You get to "defer" your taxes on the money you put into those accounts, and
2) You feel like you can "set and forget" it most of the time!

However, this strategy can have MANY unintended consequences that the majority of people are not aware of...

Yes, this bucket of money should be used, but it should not be confused with the "tax-free" bucket that is talked about in chapter 4.

You will need to pay those taxes at some point!

And taxes may not be as low for you then as they are now.

All this, along with strategies to avoid unintended consequences, are covered in this chapter!

Chapter 4 – The Tax-Free Bucket

This, my friend, is the golden nugget of the entire book.

Most people that are saving (or intend to save) for retirement are familiar with, and perhaps even using, the first two buckets of money...

But what about the tax-free bucket?

These strategies may offer potential benefits, but they also involve eligibility requirements, costs, risks, and limitations that should be considered.

When properly understood and utilized, the tax-free bucket can allow you to keep more of your hard earned dollars, without having to dish out a portion of your retirement funds to that Uncle that nobody likes... Uncle Sam!

Now, this isn't a situation where you can simply know what products to use and dive right in, there are a few key points that you must be aware of, that are discussed in Chapter 4.

Chapter 5 – The LIRP

Ahhh yes...

The "LIRP."

LIRP is an acronym that you would do well to remember...

Why?

Because unlike many products, income distributions from a LIRP are truly tax-free.

What's more?

Unlike a Roth IRA, you can design a LIRP to be customized to you and your exact situation, without running into contribution limits.

Let that sink in...

THIS is why you must carefully read chapter 5.

In Conclusion

The United States Government is currently over $40 TRILLION in debt...

Now let me show you EXACTLY what this book will help you avoid:

Let’s say you just retired, and you decide to go to an ATM to withdraw money, and you want to pull out $100,000…

You earned this!

You’ve worked hard for this!

But when you go to grab your money from the machine, instead of the $100,000 you requested, the machine only gives you $80,000.

Confused, you double check to make sure you entered the amount right.

Sure enough, you did enter $100,000; but you forgot one thing…

You’re in a 20% tax bracket, the account you’re withdrawing your money from is a taxable account like an IRA or 401(k), and this guy named Uncle Sam is right beside you with his hand out, ready to collect the amount you owe.

Your mind starts racing… What could you have done with that extra $20,000?!

A vacation?

A car?

Spoiled your children and grandchildren?

Who knows?!

But all that matters in the moment is that you don’t have that money.

And that’s exactly what I want to help you avoid, and what you will learn in "The Power of Zero."

Make sure to grab your free copy today!

"So What's The Catch?"

You may be wondering what the catch is, and I’m here to tell you that there is none.

HOWEVER, we also know that there are people that will read the book, recognize the power in what we are offering, and want to know more.

Here's EXACTLY what you'll learn in this book...

  • The truth about taxes, and why it’s imperative that you keep Uncle Sam out of your retirement plan with the US government currently over $40 TRILLION in debt

  • Why the government is so fond of IRA’s and 401(k)’s and why that should NOT be your only planning vehicle

  • The three “buckets” that make up retirement planning, and why you should allocate correctly to your Taxable, Tax-Deferred and Tax-Free Buckets

  • How tax-aware retirement planning strategies may help manage your tax obligations while considering your current and future financial needs

  • How to NOT get screwed over when it comes to taxes on your social security (yes, it IS taxable)
